Greg Ricci has been with Infobase, a premier provider of online databases, eBook collections, and streaming video collections, for the past 15 years. He has transitioned through sales and account management, training, and RFP management, and is now supporting educators from within the marketing department, where he continues to collaborate with librarians in supporting their outreach needs and providing service support.
