A new Chrome extension for users with an active Learn360 subscription is now available, providing a simple and easy way to ensure users see Learn360 videos front and center when they do a Google search.
Installing this extension creates a widget on the right side of a user’s Google search results page. Relevant videos from Learn360 (and any other Infobase streaming video collections the institution may subscribe to) will automatically populate this widget any time a user does a Google search, and clicking on a result will lead directly to that video in Learn360. Usage is tracked as people click on the results.
To install this extension, subscribers can go to the Chrome web store and click “Add to Chrome” to start. To complete the set-up, users may sign in using any generic building-level account, a personal user account, or “Sign in with Google” if the account has enabled that option.
